Inaugurated by the Honourable Governor of Karnataka Shri. Vajubhai Rudabai Vala on the 10th Sept 2017, the hospital has treated more than 64,000 patients. Infrastructure

SHRC is a 200 bed super speciality tertiary care trauma centre centrally located in a spacious green campus spread over two acres on BH Road in Tumakuru. It treats over 43,200 out-patients and nearly 10,800 in-patients annually. The team at SHRC including administrative, medical and paramedical strived hard to render patient-centric services and ensured SHRC is accredited by multiple agencies. The hospital was recently certified by the prestigious National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare providers (NABH) and also obtained “Kayakalpa” certificate issued by the Central Government.
